My recent works relate to the issues of being, and the nature of a relationship between two people.
Instead of creating particular portraits I aimed rather to express the inner landscape of feelings and emotional states which change temperature like seasons and show the hidden passion or longing for something eternal and permanent.
In the course of creating the works I have been trying to take off the mask, which is like a curtain disabling the perception of reality. I wanted to reach to what lies beneath: the intimate, chamber-like moments, perhaps banal, impressions difficult to define like breathing, delight, getting close or receding.
